HUMAN RELIEF FOR AIDS: The Washington AIDS International
Foundation is hosting an event, Hope for the Nations, to provide
vital information and medical support to international representatives
in Washington, D.C. Human Relief Organization founder Olga
Crupper will introduce Project Hope, an educational program
that helps impoverished children, and she will present Ambassador
Pascal Bodjona with medical supplies for the nation of Togo.
Hope for the Nations includes a multimedia presentation
on the impact of HIV/AIDS on the population, economy and development
of the global community. The event is Saturday, Sept. 28,
2002 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at 3224 16th Street, NW, Washington,
D.C. and includes lunch; a voluntary donation is requested
to cover costs.
To raise funds for Project Hope and WAIF, a classic 1972 Mercedes
Benz sedan is being offered for auction. This meticulously
