The Test 1 Million Ohio Celebrity Tour stops in Cincinnati on Saturday at Fountain Square. Actors Danny Glover, Sheryl Lee Ralph, Rockmond Dunbar, and Lamman Rucker will participate in the event, which is co-sponsored by the HIV/AIDS nonprofit IV-CHARIS and the Black AIDS Institute. "I'm hoping that if people see someone cares enough about them to come all the way from Hollywood and to interrupt their schedules that it will re-awaken some of the interest we need around HIV," said Mamie Harris, executive director of IV-CHARIS, which provides HIV testing and counseling. Saturday's event begins with the fourth annual Cincinnati Queen City Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority walk; registration opens at 8 a.m. and the walk steps off at 9 a.m. The event will also feature HIV testing and education, food and entertainment. The Test 1 Million Ohio tour began Wednesday in Xenia.
